Me-time is time for yourself and it doesn't have to be three weeks in Bali. Crawling away for an hour with a
book often works wonders. Take care of yourself with sweet, small (or sometimes just big) things if you can. Block that hour, that day or weekend in your agenda and recharge, you will have to run and fly fast enough again. Because as RuPaul puts it, it's just like that: "If you can't love yourself, how the hell can you love somebody else?!" Especially for your Me-time you will find nice shops and to do's here that can help you with this. Are you missing something?
