Let me tell you about Skin Recipe Cosmetics, a Dutch brand that was born out of a personal need for effective skincare. The story starts with Kristy Bakker, who struggled with very sensitive skin for a long time. She suffered from extreme dryness, eczema and allergies to nuts and peanuts.

After many disappointments with existing products, Kristy decided to develop her own line together with her partner Jim in 2020. Their goal was clear: create skincare that is gentle enough for the most sensitive skin, but still delivers results. After two years of careful research, testing and collaboration with a Dutch manufacturer, Skin Recipe was a fact in 2021.

What makes Skin Recipe special? The products are vegan, free of nuts, peanuts and microplastics. They are dermatologically tested and developed to soothe, hydrate and support the skin in reducing redness, irritation, eczema and rosacea. Kristy's wish is that everyone can enjoy skin care that does not burden the skin, but rather cares for it.
