Happlify: the best shopping guide + blog

As a great lover of meditation, I always find it difficult to explain why it is so nice and important. For years I often fall back on Zen meditation and that is perhaps not even the most accessible form. Still, I would like to see more people discover meditation for sooo many different reasons, but above all to relax with a wonderfully clear head.

Good news! The makers of the super nice Headspace meditation app, which I myself have been using for a long time to clear my head, have released a super accessible series in collaboration with Netflix.

The basics of meditation explained in Dutch!

Netflix's Headspace Guide to Meditation explores the basics of meditation and how it can help us be more present and less distracted in everyday life. It is explained to you in a simple way with animation, in Dutch.

You can now learn to meditate really easily

The series consists of eight 20-minute episodes, each with its own theme. From managing stress to embracing gratitude. Each episode begins by teaching the approach and certain techniques, and ends with a guided meditation by Andy Puddicombe Headspace co-founder and former Buddhist monk. Rather NOT Bingen, this series, but use it to really start meditating seriously.
